Abstract

بررسی پراکندگی سن و جنس گرانولوم پیوژنیک در حفره دهان

خلاصه:

 Pyogenic Granuloma ضایعه ای است که با نمای کلینیکی اگزوفیتیک و معمولاً به صورت ندولی پدانکوله که تمایل زیادی به خونریزی دارد. از نظر هیستولوژیکی ضایعه یک پرولیفراسیون فیبروآندوتلیالی می‌باشد. این ضایعه اولین بار در سال 1897 توسط Poncet و Dar شرح داده شد. در طول زمان این ضایعه به اسامی مختلفی مانند: Telangectasic Gramuloma, Pediculatum Benignium و Bloody Wart Cramuioma در سال 1903 توسط Crocker پیشنهاد شده است.
